Operational performance survey data for higher education institutions

This dataset contains the results of a survey of 191 leaders and academics of universities in Indonesia in developing regions (Banten province) regarding the influence of Knowledge sharing and structural capital on the operational performance of universities. In addition, the results of the lisrel test and research instruments are also attached.本数据集涵盖针对印度尼西亚发展中区域万丹省的191名高校领导与学者开展的调研成果，调研主题为知识共享（Knowledge Sharing）与结构资本（Structural Capital）对高校运营绩效的影响。此外，本数据集还附带了LISREL检验结果与研究工具资料。
