Whole-genome sequencing of DNA from baculoviruses of the tufted apple bud moth, Platynota idaeusalis

Genomic DNA from occlusion-derived virus particles of an alphabaculovirus and a betabaculovirus harvested from diseased larvae of the tufted apple bud moth was fully sequenced as part of a project to identify and characterize these viruses.
