DATASET: Package data for CERF

The zipped file `cerf_package_data.zip` contains the following files that support the data package for the CERF python package (see https://github.com/IMMM-SFA/cerf). All spatial data is in the projected coordinate system described here: https://immm-sfa.github.io/cerf/user_guide.html#preparing-suitability-rasters. cerf_conus_boundary_albers.zip: A shapefile containing polygons for each state in the conterminous United States (CONUS) cerf_conus_states_albers_1km.tif: A rasterized version of the CONUS states at a 1 km resolution config_&lt;year&gt;.yml: Sample configuration files for CERF costs_gas_pipeline.yml: YAML file containing gas pipeline costs costs_per_kv_substation.yml: YAML file containing the costs of interconnection for each substation class eia_natural_gas_pipelines_conus_albers.zip: A shapefile containing the natural gas pipeline polylines for the CONUS as retrieved from https://www.eia.gov/maps/layer_info-m.php per the 4/28/2020 update hifld_substations_conus_albers.zip: A shapefile containing HIFLD substations for the CONUS as retrieved from https://hifld-geoplatform.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/geoplatform::electric-substations/about per the 07/08/2020 update illustrative_lmp_8760-per-zone_dollars-per-mwh.zip: A CSV file of fake illustrative locational marginal pricing (LMP) for 8760 hours per zone lmp_zones_1km.img: A raster of LMP zones per 1 km grid for the CONUS region-abbrev_to_region-name.yml: YAML file containing state abbreviation to state name region-name_to_region-id.yml: YAML file containing state name to state id suitability_&lt;techname&gt;.sgrd: rasters for each technology suitability from http://doi.org/10.5334/jors.227 test_config_2010.yml: configuration file used in the test suite test_lmp_arr.npy: proxy LMP outputs to use in the test suite as a measure of comparison压缩包`cerf_package_data.zip`内含支撑CERF Python软件包（详见https://github.com/IMMM-SFA/cerf）数据集套件的各类文件。所有空间数据均采用下述投影坐标系：https://immm-sfa.github.io/cerf/user_guide.html#preparing-suitability-rasters。 `cerf_conus_boundary_albers.zip`：包含美国本土（CONUS，Contiguous United States）各州多边形的形状文件（shapefile）。 `cerf_conus_states_albers_1km.tif`：分辨率为1千米的美国本土各州栅格化文件。 `config_<year>.yml`：CERF的示例配置文件。 `costs_gas_pipeline.yml`：包含天然气管道成本的YAML配置文件。 `costs_per_kv_substation.yml`：包含各电压等级变电站互联成本的YAML配置文件。 `eia_natural_gas_pipelines_conus_albers.zip`：包含美国本土天然气管线多段线的形状文件，数据源自https://www.eia.gov/maps/layer_info-m.php，对应2020年4月28日更新版本。 `hifld_substations_conus_albers.zip`：包含美国本土变电站的形状文件，数据源自https://hifld-geoplatform.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/geoplatform::electric-substations/about，对应2020年7月8日更新版本。 `illustrative_lmp_8760-per-zone_dollars-per-mwh.zip`：包含模拟区域边际电价（Locational Marginal Pricing, LMP）的CSV压缩文件，按区域统计每小时电价（共8760小时，单位：美元/兆瓦时）。 `lmp_zones_1km.img`：美国本土范围内1千米分辨率的LMP区域栅格文件。 `region-abbrev_to_region-name.yml`：包含州简称与州名称映射关系的YAML文件。 `region-name_to_region-id.yml`：包含州名称与州ID映射关系的YAML文件。 `suitability_<techname>.sgrd`：各技术适配性栅格文件，数据源自http://doi.org/10.5334/jors.227。 `test_config_2010.yml`：测试套件中使用的配置文件。 `test_lmp_arr.npy`：测试套件中用于对比验证的代理LMP输出文件。
