XPlanung dataset BPL “Gairenweg — 2nd site planning modification”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Gairenweg — 2nd urban planning change” of the municipality of Bitz from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Inventory plan (Lange- Pestalozzi- York- Hohe- Martinstraße, Gairenweg).开发规划（BPL）对城市规划秩序作出了具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的比茨（Bitz）市开发规划《盖伦路 — 第二次城市规划变更》。说明：现状规划图（涵盖朗厄大街、佩斯塔洛齐大街、约克大街、霍赫大街、马丁大街及盖伦路）。
