These dataset are from Xiong et al. Combined genome-wide association study of facial traits in Europeans increases explained variance and improves prediction. Nat Commun. 2025 upcoming. This dataset contains meta-analysis GWAS summary statistics of 946 pairwise distances between 44 facial landmarks from 5 cohorts of European ancestry. The summary statistics consist of a unified SNP information file (filename SnpInfo.tsv) and 946 separate data files containing the Beta and P for each distance (filename X_Y.tsv, where X and Y represent the two landmarks of the distance). The 946 data files are grouped into 36 folders, indicating that they are distances within (n=8) or between (n=28, pairwise) 8 facial regions. The definitions of landmarks and facial regions can be found in Figure 1 of the manuscript.
