Analysis of the relationships between family-supportive supervisor behaviour, work-family culture and subjective career success

A cross-sectional survey design was used to obtain the data. In addition, a convenience sampling was used to obtain the data which is a non-probability sampling technique, chosen as the most appropriate method. Due to the COVID-19 health regulations an online electronic platform, qualtrics was used to collect data through an online questionnaire. By means of social media platforms, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, an electronic link was posted and shared so that individuals could access it to complete the survey.  
After the data was collected, the data was downloaded and saved in a Microsoft Excel format after which it was used for various statistical analyses through the use of SPSS and JASP software programs.

采用横断面调查设计以获取数据。此外，鉴于便捷性的考虑，采用了便利抽样法以收集数据，此为一项非概率抽样技术，被视为最适宜的方法。鉴于COVID-19健康法规的限制，选用在线电子平台Qualtrics通过在线问卷收集数据。通过社交媒体平台，如WhatsApp、Facebook和Instagram，发布并共享电子链接，以便个人能够访问并完成调查。数据收集完毕后，数据被下载并保存为Microsoft Excel格式，随后利用SPSS和JASP软件程序进行各类统计分析。
