Percentage of observed staff who correctly follow all elements of basic hygiene routines and clothing rules. Refers to proper disinfection before and after point-of-care work, proper use of gloves or plastic apron, short or raised hair, proper work suit and no rings, watches or similar jewelry, nails should be free of nail polish and artificial material. The measurement is made at a given time through observations. Occasional events may affect the measurement. The results are based on observations. Forensic psychiatry and dental care are not included, nor are results from local measurements. The measurement is made at a specific time. All employees shall be observed during the measurement. Staff shall be informed in advance that the observation study will be conducted, but not when.本统计指标为合规遵守全部基本卫生操作流程与着装规范的被观察员工占比。具体涵盖临床诊疗（point-of-care）操作前后的规范消毒、正确佩戴手套或塑料围裙、保持短发或束起头发、身着合规工作服，以及不得佩戴戒指、手表等同类首饰，指甲不得涂抹指甲油或佩戴人工甲片。本次测量通过现场观察开展，偶发事件可能对测量结果造成影响，所有结果均基于现场观察数据。法医精神病科与牙科诊疗场景不纳入统计范围，局部测量结果亦不予采纳。本次测量于特定时间点开展，覆盖该机构全部在岗员工。员工需提前知晓将开展本次观察研究，但具体观察时间不予告知。
