Genome sequencing and assembly of bacterial hosts of class 1 integrons isolated from phylloplanes of green vegetables. Pseudomonas bubulae

Bacterial hosts of class 1 integrons were identified and isolated from leaf washes of green vegetables purchased from a supermarket. The bacterial isolates were whole-genome sequenced using Nanopore's latest long-read technology that offers Q20+ (99%+) raw read accuracy.
