Immission-based demarcation of areas (base of nitrate-contaminated areas)

The derivation of nitrate contaminated areas (formerly: Nitrate areas) pursuant to SächsDüReVO on the basis of § 13a(1) of the DüV from 01.01.2021 were made by a distinction between emission and immission approach. This data set represents the emission-based demarcation of the areas according to § 6 AVV GEA and is based on the regionalisation of the nitrate support values of 496 groundwater measuring stations.本数据集对应的硝酸盐污染区域（原称：硝酸盐区域），系依据2021年1月1日起施行的《DüV》第13a(1)条及《SächsDüReVO》，通过区分排放途径法与受纳途径法完成划定。本数据集呈现了依据《AVV GEA》第6条开展的基于排放法的区域划定结果，其构建基于对496个地下水监测站硝酸盐支撑值的区域化处理。
