资源简介:
This database represents data from respondents with the purpose to develop and test the new measuring instrument AICN (Assessment of Intervention choice in Community Nursing), and to develop a codebook with in and exclusion criteria, used to transform the qualitative data into a quantitative value.
Methodology: the instrument was pilot-tested in four phases (see below). The data obtained were used to (1) test the AICN on face validity and practical usability, and (2) develop a code book in the form of a calibration process, performed by three assessors (MvI, CL and JM). In this process, psychometric analyses were conducted in each testing round to calculate the inter rater reliability with Cohen’s kappa k.
Data collection took place at the Faculty of Health of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands, in 2016.
The numbers of the assessments correspond with the numbers used in the datasets and are organised as follows: Assessment 3.2 refers to phase 3, respondent 2. The variable 'index 1' in the SPSS files refers to a nursing intervention in the AICN; the first number represents the number of the case, and the second the number of the intervention (e.g., CS1INV2= case 1, intervention 2). The syntax-file is added (equal for each testing round), used to calculate the inter rater reliability with Cohen's kappa.
Phase 1: SPSS file and 9 assessments. The respondents are lecturers and nurses being experts in the field of community nursing.
Phase 2 and 3: SPSS file and 6 assessments per phase from students not involved in the study.
Phase 4: SPSS file and 6 assessments of nursing lecturers.
Contact
Because of the sensitive nature of the data, the fileset is confidential and will be shared only under strict conditions.
