Scottish Salmon Fish Health Management Reporting Areas (Shapefile)

Shapefile (.shp format) consisting of polygons showing approximate perimeters of "Fish Health Management Reporting Areas". These areas were used by the Scottish Salmon Producers Organisation for the aggregation and reporting of parasitic sea lice counts on salmon aquaculture sites between 2013-2017. Area boundaries are based upon the districts used (since 1952) for reporting of rod caught Salmon and Sea Trout. <br>Outlines are approximate and based on pictorial maps given by the Scottish Salmon Producers Organisation in sea lice count reports issued over the period.<br>The files use the projected coordinate system EPSG:27700: OSGB 1936 / British National Grid (United Kingdom Ordnance Survey).
