Employment & Labour Relations Court Kenya

This data is scrapped from the Kenya law website (http://www.kenyalaw.org/) which reports on the development of Kenya’s jurisprudence via Kenya Law Reports. The training dataset contained 3,087 entries with details of cases from the ELRC. We use this dataset in out study to assessed both the set of binary variables (case class, case outcome), as well as the multi-label variables (case action, nature of case, county) of this dataset.本数据集爬取自肯尼亚法律网站（http://www.kenyalaw.org/），该平台依托《肯尼亚法律报告》（Kenya Law Reports）发布肯尼亚法学的发展动态。本次训练数据集共收录3087条条目，涵盖ELRC的案件详情。本研究使用该数据集，对其包含的二分类变量（案件类别、案件结果）以及多标签变量（案件行为、案件性质、郡）两类变量集开展评估分析。
