Land market data HE

The expert committees shall record in their purchase price collections the data necessary for the valuation. These collections are stocked with data from all documents relating to the transfer of ownership of land or for the appointment of inheritance building rights, which are sent in copy by declaring bodies, as well as data based on supplementary surveys by the expert committees of experts and persons who can provide land information. This data base and the resulting reporting of the appraisal committees (building land prices, average data for undeveloped land, single-family houses and residential/partial property, real estate interest rates and sales figures and price developments) are based on this data. These are used to draw up the Land Market Report Hessen and to derive the generalised data on the land market in Hesse published therein. In addition to the provision of the current data, the data from the previous years from 2020 will also be offered.
