数据集内容:针对中国沿海港工建筑物服役环境与工程耐久性调查数据,开展港工混凝土及防护材料长期性能退化规律研究,腐蚀观测码头泊位数据已达到120个,开发了中国沿海港工建筑物腐蚀数据库、腐蚀程度原型数据库。提交数据包含现场调研照片、试验过程照片、试验研究原始记录数据、图表、现场见证报告,软件著作权1项,论文2篇。
数据来源:针对我国沿海港工建筑物长期服役性能演变特性,对北方、华东、华南等地区典型港口构筑物结构开展腐蚀环境和工程耐久性调查,分析了不同年限的码头混凝土结构的外观劣化程度、混凝土回弹强度、钢筋混凝土保护层厚度、氯离子扩散性能、碳化性能、钢筋锈蚀电位,以及钢结构的壁厚、腐蚀电位及钢结构涂层性能。总结分析了沿海港工建筑物混凝土性能劣化规律,以及表面涂层、硅烷浸渍等表面防护材料的长期防护效果。
采集地点及时间:我国北方、华东、华南典型区域海港码头现场、中交四航工程研究院有限公司实验室,2022年12月-2025年6月。

Dataset Content: Based on the survey data of service environment and engineering durability of coastal port engineering structures in China, this study investigates the long-term performance degradation law of port engineering concrete and protective materials. A total of 120 corrosion-observed wharf berth datasets have been collected, and two databases have been developed, namely the Corrosion Database of Coastal Port Engineering Structures in China and the Corrosion Degree Prototype Database. The submitted data includes on-site survey photos, test process photos, original experimental record data, charts, on-site witness reports, 1 software copyright, and 2 published academic papers.
Data Source: Focusing on the evolution characteristics of long-term service performance of coastal port engineering structures in China, corrosion environment and engineering durability surveys were conducted on typical port structures in northern China, East China, South China and other regions. The following indicators were analyzed: the appearance degradation degree of wharf concrete structures with different service years, concrete rebound strength, thickness of reinforced concrete protective layer, chloride ion diffusion performance, carbonation performance, steel bar corrosion potential, as well as the wall thickness, corrosion potential and coating performance of steel structures. The law of concrete performance degradation of coastal port engineering structures and the long-term protective effect of surface protective materials such as surface coatings and silane impregnation were summarized and analyzed.
Collection Location and Time: On-site at coastal wharfs in typical regions of northern China, East China and South China, and the laboratory of CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Institute Co., Ltd.; from December 2022 to June 2025.
