The Cook Inlet Operational Forecast System (CIOFS) became fully operational in July 2019 on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA’s) Weather and Climate Operational Supercomputing System, operated by National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Central Operations (NCO).
