Replication Data for: Anti-Immigrant Bias in the Choice Between Punitive and Rehabilitative Justice

This folder contains the code for the analyses carried out in the article "Anti-Immigrant Bias in the Choice Between Punitive and Rehabilitative Justice", forthcoming at the British Journal of Political Science. While the folder contains supplementary data, the Strafverfolgungsstatistik underlying the study is not publicly available due to data protection regulations. Access to the data is possible only through a secure remote data environment provided by the Research Data Centre of the German Statistical Offices of the Federal States. Researchers wishing to replicate the full analyses must complete and sign a data access agreement and obtain approval prior to accessing the remote processing facilities.
