RNA sequencing data of the transcriptomes of a plant pathogenic fungus Fusarium graminearum under oxidative stress conditions

To study the mechanism related to fungal oxidative stress response, we analyzed transcriptomes of six oxidative stress-sensitive strains under oxidative stress conditions in the plant pathogenic fungus Fusarium graminearum.
