资源简介:
This study aims to take typical lacustrine soil profiles of Naiman Lake as the research object, systematically measure the physicochemical properties of soil layers at different depths (0-270 cm) (West Lake NMX, water source area NS), and, combined with metagenomic techniques, quantitatively analyze the abundance patterns along the depth gradient of microbial functional genes involved in key biogeochemical cycles such as carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus (e.g., genes annotated in KEGG and eggNOG databases). The ultimate goal is to elucidate how the ecological niches shaped by soil depth drive the distribution of microbial functions and to reveal the microbial mechanisms driving material cycles in lacustrine soils from a vertical spatial perspective.
