Tensile tests were carried out to characterize the mechanical properties of conditioned flax-PA11 composite specimens. The specimens were exposed to controlled environmental conditions representing the range of temperature and humidity expected during aircraft operation. The testing aims to understand how these parameters affect the tensile performance and structural integrity of the biocomposite material. Standardized specimens according to DIN EN ISO 527 with dimensions 25 mm × 250 mm were used. Specimens were equipped with bonded load introduction tabs to ensure uniform stress distribution and prevent premature failure at the grips. Mechanical testing was performed on a Zwick Roell 100 kN universal testing machine, and deformation measurements were conducted using a Digital Image Correlation (DIC) system (LIMES, Instra4D software) for full-field strain analysis.
本研究通过拉伸试验表征经状态调节的亚麻-PA11(flax-PA11)复合材料试样的力学性能。试验中将试样置于模拟航空器运行期间典型温湿度范围的可控环境中,旨在探究上述环境参数对该生物复合材料拉伸性能与结构完整性的影响。 本试验采用符合DIN EN ISO 527标准的标准化试样,试样尺寸为25 mm × 250 mm。试样均粘贴有粘结式加载引入片,以确保应力均匀分布,避免夹持部位过早发生失效。力学测试在Zwick Roell 100 kN万能试验机上完成,变形测量则采用数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation, DIC)系统(配套LIMES与Instra4D软件)开展全场应变分析。
