GxAge summary stats (Winkler et al. Genome Biol. 2024)

These archives contain UK Biobank genome-wide summary statistics for obesity (bmi, weight), lipid (LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and triglycerides) and blood pressure (systolic, diastolic, pulse pressure) traits. Additionally included are summary stats for marginal effects as well as for annual change of the respective trait. 

The data is based on analyses described in Winkler et al. Genome Biol. 2024. 

Column descriptions: 

rsid: marker id in rs-format

chr: chromosome

pos: position (hg19, b37)

ea: effect (coded) allele

oa: other allele

eaf: allele frequency of ea in cross-sectional sample (after exclusion of longitudinal sample)

n: sample size of cross-sectional sample (after exclusion of longitudinal sample)

beta_marginal: marginal genetic effect (unadjusted for GxAge)

se_marginal: standard error of beta_marginal (GC-corrected)

p_marginal: P-value for marginal association test (GC-corrected)

beta_gxage: genetic-by-age interaction effect 

se_gxage: standard error of beta_gxage (GC-corrected)

p_gxage: P-value for genetic-by-age interaction (GC-corrected)

eaf_change: allele frequency of ea in longitudinal sample 

n_change: sample size of longitudinal sample 

beta_change: genetic effect on annual trait change 

se_change: standard error of beta_change(GC-corrected)

p_change: P-value for annual change association test (GC-corrected)
