GxAge summary stats (Winkler et al. Genome Biol. 2024)

These archives contain UK Biobank genome-wide summary statistics for obesity (bmi, weight), lipid (LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and triglycerides) and blood pressure (systolic, diastolic, pulse pressure) traits. Additionally included are summary stats for marginal effects as well as for annual change of the respective trait. The data is based on analyses described in Winkler et al. Genome Biol. 2024.
