The CPSF phosphatase module regulates transcription termination

APRF1 is a core component of the CPSF phosphatase module and acts downstream of a CPSF-mediated RNA PAS recognition, necessary for chromatin modification that results in FLC transcriptional silencing. To analyse the transcriptional effect genome wide, we carried out plaNETseq using native POL2 CTD antibodies for Ser2 and Ser5 phosphorylation. analysis was carried out from POl2 nascent RNA from 10DAG ColFRI and aprf1-9 FRI seedlings.
