A murine gastric cancer YTN16 is sensitive to anti-CTLA-4, but resistant to anti-PD-L1. To investigate tumor microenvironments after treatment of these mAbs, we performed RNA-Seq analyses. Overall design: C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with 5Ã106 YTN16 on day 0. Anti-PD-L1 (clone 10F9G2, 200 µg/mouse) or anti-CTLA4 (clone 9H10, 100 µg/mouse) antibodies were injected on days 0, 4 and 8. On days 7, 14 and 21, tumors were harvested and subjected to RNA-Seq.
