Questionnaire and Responses Supporting: A Study on UI/UX and E-Commerce Profitability

This repository contains the research instrument and anonymized response data used in the study titled “How UI/UX Design Influences E-Commerce Profitability: A Path Toward Decent Work and Economic Growth.” The questionnaire file includes demographic questions (e.g., gender, age group, Most Frequently Used E - Commerce Platform, Online Shopping Frequency, Most Frequently Purchased Product Category ), the list of research variables and indicators, and 27 Likert-scale items based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The second file contains anonymized response data collected from 201 participants using the same questionnaire, measured on a 6-point Likert scale. This dataset supports an undergraduate thesis submitted to Bina Nusantara University in 2025.本仓库收录了题为《用户界面/用户体验（UI/UX）设计如何影响电商盈利能力：迈向体面劳动与经济增长之路》的研究所用的研究工具与匿名化回复数据。问卷文件涵盖人口统计学调研问题（如性别、年龄分组、最常用电商平台、线上购物频次、最常采购的商品品类）、研究变量与指标清单，以及27道基于技术接受模型（Technology Acceptance Model, TAM）的李克特量表题项。第二份文件收录了通过同一份问卷从201名受访者处收集的匿名化回复数据，该数据采用6级李克特量表进行计分。本数据集支撑了2025年提交至宾达努萨拉大学（Bina Nusantara University）的一篇本科毕业论文。
