Gene expression profile at single cell level of tumor infiltrated CD45+ cells in liver tumors

CD45+ cells are considered as important componants of tumor immuno microenvironment. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of CD45+ cells in liver tumor treated with ARF1 inhibitor. Overall design: liver cancer infiltrated CD45+ cells from MYC-ON mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the CD45 staining and analyzed using scRNAseq.
