TRcompDB v1.0, a global reference of tandem repeat variation

The v-2.1 "vamos" motif sets and the TR annotations using 360 publicly available long-read assemblies (TRCompDB).Data are provided for both GRCh38 and T2T-CHRM13 reference genomes. TR annotations are provided as combined vcf file. “oriMotifs” stands for the full motif set before efficient motif selection. “effMotifs-0.x” stands for the efficient motifs selected under q=0.x.本数据集包含v-2.1版“vamos”基序（motif）集，以及利用360个公开可用长读长组装序列（TRCompDB）生成的串联重复（Tandem Repeat, TR）注释。相关数据同时覆盖GRCh38与T2T-CHRM13两种参考基因组。串联重复注释以合并后的VCF（Variant Call Format, VCF）文件形式提供。"oriMotifs"指代高效基序筛选前的完整基序集合；"effMotifs-0.x"指代在q=0.x参数下筛选得到的高效基序集合。
