Reef fish densities (per 1,000 m^3) at natural reefs sites estimated with ROV video sampling in the northern Gulf of Mexico from 2012-03-13 to 2014-08-25

Reef fish community structure and species diversity were examined by estimating reef fish densities (per 1,000m^3) using VideoRay Pro 4 remotely operated vehicle (ROV) video sampling. 22 individual natural reef sites were surveyed in the period 2012-03-13 to 2014-08-25. The density of 117 different species was measured over the period. 本研究采用VideoRay Pro 4型遥控无人潜水器（Remotely Operated Vehicle, ROV）开展视频采样，通过估算礁区鱼类密度（单位：每1000立方米），对礁区鱼类群落结构与物种多样性展开分析。2012年3月13日至2014年8月25日期间，共调查了22处天然礁体点位。本研究时段内共测定了117个不同物种的种群密度。相关数据集可通过GRIIDC唯一数据集标识符（Unique Dataset Identifiers, UDIs）获取：R1.x135.120:0020（DOI：10.7266/N7J38QKR，对应人工礁体点位数据）与Y1.x049.000:0003（DOI：10.7266/N72J68SF，对应2010-2011年天然礁体点位数据）。
