This is the dataset of "Self-organized criticality in neuromorphic nanowire networks with tunable and local dynamics" by Fabio Michieletti, Davide Pilati, Gianluca Milano and Carlo Ricciardi, Advanced Functional Materials (2025), DOI: 10.1002/adfm.202423903. Part of this work was supported by the European project MEMQuD, code 20FUN06.
