The corresponding files for each section are as follows:
Logger data: final_merged_data_method_model
Critical thermal limits: ctl data
Respiration measurements: snail correct rates, amphipod correct rates.
The R files presens_demulti_v2 and Perry_respR_v3 contain the code for processing the respiration files and calculating the final respiration rates. The raw respiration data files are not uploaded (due to size and number of files) but are available on request.
