Population distribution 2021 GDPR

This geographical dataset represents the distribution of the resident population, registered with the Municipal Register of Ferrara. The distribution is done on a regular grid of hexagonal cells, so as to correctly represent the data without having distortions typical of administrative or census areas. The data is masked in the case of cells with less than 10 residents – The values in the map, by age classes, represent the sum of the number of residents in each main house number contained within each hexagon. The Legend field allows you to generate a congruent symbology.
Legend = 0 indicates the presence in the area of a number of residents ranging from 1 to 9.
