College Students' Career Adaptability, Cognitive Emotion Regulation, and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy

The data were collected from college students who were enrolled in a nationwide panel of a data collecting institute in December 2020 in South Korea.
The data set includes the item-level and composite-level data of cognitive emotion regulation, career adaptability, and career decision-making self-efficacy in addition to the demographic information, such as gender, major, and job-seeking status. The information related to each variable is available in the provided code book.

本数据集的样本为2020年12月韩国某数据采集机构全国性面板项目中招募的在校大学生。本数据集包含认知情绪调节（cognitive emotion regulation）、职业适应能力（career adaptability）、职业决策自我效能感（career decision-making self-efficacy）的条目水平与合成水平数据，同时涵盖性别、专业、求职状态等人口统计学信息。各变量的详细说明可参见所附编码手册。
