Analysis of gene expression in brain organoids of SCA17 patients

The present study investigates the use of bulk RNA sequencing of transcriptomic data of brain organoids differentiated by different methods from induced pluripotent stem cells. The study compares the results with those obtained from a control group and a group of patients suffering from spinocerebellar ataxia 17 (SCA17).
