Crystal Growth Characterization of WSe2 Thin Film Using Machine Learning

The data here was used in the paper "Crystal Growth Characterization of WSe2 Thin Film Using Machine Learning". segmentation_data contains the image patches and annotations used for the segmentation models segmentaton_data_full contains the full images and annotatioins used for inferencing in the segmentation models WSe2_micrographs are the images used for training the regression models WSe2_sample_labels.pkl is the coverage labels for the regression models WSe2_data_extract.pkl is the features extracted from the images using the ResNet18 pre-trained on ImageNet and MicroNet WSe2_2023-11-30_coverage_whole contains the full images used for inferencing in the regression models Codes showing the use of the data are available on github: https://github.com/reinhart-group/wse2_coverage本数据集应用于论文《基于机器学习的二硒化钨（WSe2）薄膜晶体生长表征》。 segmentation_data 包含用于分割模型训练的图像块与标注数据。 segmentaton_data_full 包含用于分割模型推理的完整图像与标注数据。 WSe2_micrographs 包含用于回归模型训练的显微图像数据。 WSe2_sample_labels.pkl 为回归模型对应的覆盖率标注文件。 WSe2_data_extract.pkl 存储了采用在ImageNet与MicroNet上预训练的残差网络18（ResNet18）模型从图像中提取的特征数据。 WSe2_2023-11-30_coverage_whole 包含用于回归模型推理的完整图像数据。 该数据集的使用代码已开源至GitHub：https://github.com/reinhart-group/wse2_coverage
