Gross cost less internal and external revenue for all day-to-day activities of the municipality, both actual activities (mainly tax-financed) and business activities (mainly fee-financed), divided by the number of inhabitants of the municipality on 31/12. Refers to the majority of the municipality’s ongoing external costs, such as salaries, employer’s contributions, rents, allowances, changes in pension provision, pensions paid, purchases of goods and services, etc. Source: SCB.
