NRS-8473 | Reference to Field Notes [Surveyors' records, Department of Lands]

This volume contains an index and register to the Surveyors' Field Notes, 1902-72 (4/9614-10562). It was brought into use in 1916 following the introduction of a new system of field books. The volume is arranged chronologically. It lists the volume number of the field books within any one year together with the surveyor's name, page reference and locality. The index is in the front of the volume and is alphabetical by surveyor's name, and records the year and volume number. 1902, 1909, 1916-72 (4/9613). 1 vol.
