统筹协调全市各级各部门应对安全生产类、自然灾害类等突发事件和综合防灾减灾救灾工作。负责、指导安全生产综合监督管理和工矿商贸行业安全生产监督管理工作Overall coordinate all departments at all levels within the municipality to respond to emergency incidents including work safety-related and natural disaster-related ones, and conduct comprehensive disaster prevention, mitigation and relief work.
