We used a murine model to investigated the mechanisms underlying SEZ's exceptional ability to adapt to and proliferate within the CSF. Our study revealed that SEZ possesses robust mechanisms to support its proliferation in the CSF by using SEZ STAMP library. We harvested samples from the brain, heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and blood at 6, 18, and 36 hours post intravenous injection of SEZ STAMP library.
