Development plan Finkenwerder 1 1st amendment Hamburg

The Regulation on the Finkenwerder 1 development plan of 30 March 1965 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 67) is amended as follows:
1.The annex to the Act amending the regulation on the Finkenwerder 1 development plan is added to the Regulation.
2.In § 2, the following points 7 to 10 are added:
7. In the area of land plot 4100 (former parcel 910 part) of the Finkenwerder Nord area, the fixing of “surface railways” is converted into a general residential area with a buildability of a maximum of four full floors, a floor area of 0.4 and a floor area of 1.2; the Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I Page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Bundesgesetzblatt I pages 466, 479).
8.Between the cemetery entrance and the railway system, as well as between Finkenwerder Landscheideweg and Harlinger Landweg, a right of walking is fixed on the parcel 4100 in the area designated in the annex. The right to walk includes the authority of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg to create and maintain a generally accessible path.
9.Along the railway line in the eastern plan area, the lounges are to be assigned to the sides of the building that are away from noise. Insofar as it is not possible to arrange lounges on the side of the building’s noise, sufficient noise protection must be provided for these rooms by means of structural measures on external doors, windows, exterior walls and roofs of the buildings.
10. Local traffic areas are still required for the development of the parcel 4100. Their exact location is determined by the intended development. Upon request, they shall be notified in accordance with Section 14 of the Hamburgische Wegegesetz, as amended on 22 January 1974 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- undverordnungsblatt, pages 41, 83), as last amended on 11 April
1995 (Hamburgian Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 85), fixed or manufactured for sub-areas pursuant to Section 125(2) of the Building Code
