"The dataset used for the experiments in the paper \"Direct Detection of Objects and Parameters from Raw Data in MIMO-SAR Imaging at 235-270 GHz via Inverse Simulation\". The source code for using the data for parameter estimation can be found at https:\/\/github.com\/memamsaleh\/InverseThzSim. The data was originally produced in a custom format from the binary files produced by the MIMO SAR machine, it was later converted into \".mat\" for simpler use."
