RAST annotation output for the draft genome of Paenibacillus marinisediminis LHW35

This dataset contains the complete RASTtk annotation output for the draft genome of Paenibacillus marinisediminis LHW35 (RAST Job ID #1643426; completed November 12, 2025). The files include the GenBank annotation file, GFF3 feature file, amino-acid FASTA sequences, nucleotide FASTA sequences, and subsystem-based functional annotation tables generated using the RAST server with SEED viewer.This dataset is provided to ensure transparency and public accessibility of the RAST-based functional annotation results described in the associated manuscript.
