Intraretinal vs ONI_Retinoblastoma

We conducted a spatial proteomic analysis to delineate the heterogeneity within retinoblastoma samples exhibiting optic nerve invasion, comparing optic nerve invasion (ONI) group and intraretinal group.The attached files present the differentially expressed genes obtained via t-test analysis between two groups, along with differentially expressed proteins identified through Mfuzz clustering and KEGG pathway analysis.本研究针对表现出视神经侵袭（optic nerve invasion, ONI）的视网膜母细胞瘤（retinoblastoma）样本开展空间蛋白质组学分析，以阐明其内部异质性，并设置视神经侵袭组与视网膜内组进行对照比较。所附文件包含两组间通过t检验分析得到的差异表达基因，以及经Mfuzz聚类与京都基因与基因组百科全书（KEGG）通路分析鉴定得到的差异表达蛋白质。
