In this project, we studied how the nucleosome binding protein HMGN1 affects myeloid differentiation and hematopoietic and leukemia stem cell activity. Overall design: ATAC-seq in primary hematopoietic cells from wild-type or HMGN1 overexpressing transgenic mice assessed at 2 timepoints of myeloid differentiation.
