资源简介:
This reproducible-research compendium contains all files and commands necessary to reproduce the atmospheric results of the publication
"Spitzer Dayside Emission of WASP-34b"
This work makes use of the Bayesian Atmospheric Radiative Transfer code (BART, https://github.com/exosports/BART), and thus, this compendium was created in accordance with BART's license.
All commands necessary to produce the output are in compendium.sh. File paths have been left as they are on my machine, so as to not change any configuration files. It is unlikely that future users will desire to use this configuration. The user may change the paths if they desire, but they must make corresponding changes in the configuration files and any scripts that further process the output.
All inputs necessary to run the code can be found in the 'inputs' directory. The data can be found in the configuration files therein.
The best-fitting runs can be found in the 'outputs' directory. Here you will find one directory for the atmosphere retrieved from the BLISS results and one from the PLD results (those presented in figures 5 and 6 of the paper).
The 'scripts' directory contains codes that further process the BART outputs.
The 'lightcurves' directory contains FITS files and InfraRed Science Archive (IRSA) tables with photometry, centering, and modeling information for all observations, again sorted by BLISS and PLD results.
The lcplots directory contains a number of diagnostic plots from the light-curve modeling, including marginalized posteriors and parameter correlation plots.
Note that all the contents of this repository are under a CC-BY license, but the BART code, which is fetched from github using the commands listed in this repository, is under its reproducible research license (https://planets.ucf.edu/resources/reproducible-research/software-license/).
