Raw data for all sub-bays within the San Antonio Bay Estuary. If you only need data for the sub-bays discussed in the paper, please filter column FB (Minor Bay Code) for Ayres, Espiritu Santo, Guadalupe, Hynes, and San Antonio Bays.
1. The file includes the raw, untransformed data file with fisheries counts and environmental data (in the same tab with env data in columns at the end). Data are organized by sample. The 154 species are in columns B-EY, all other sample metadata and environmental data are in the columns to the right.
