Calculated values of the third dielectric virial coefficient of helium-4 (file Ceps_He4.dat), neon-20 (file Ceps_Ne20.dat), and argon-40 (file Ceps_Ar40.dat) ASCII format. Each file has a header whose lines begin with # describing the content.
