Records of persons liable for payment of ground exploitation fees in the municipality of Sevnica

Under the Building Land Act, the local authority determines the area in which the land use fee is to be paid. In accordance with the Decree on compensation for the use of building land in the municipality of Sevnica for the purposes of the assessment of compensation, the administrative body of the municipality responsible for the assessment of the compensation shall keep and maintain a register of the building land. The data for the records of building land shall be obtained by the competent authority of the municipality from the guest and its own databases.
