This study examines differential expression of microRNAs in the liver of cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice following deep seawater administration. Small RNA sequencing was conducted to identify differentially expressed microRNAs involved in immune modulation. Liver tissues were collected from five experimental groups: (1) Normal control, (2) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed control, (3) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice treated with beta-1,3/1,6-glucan-enriched extract of Aureobasidium pullulans (EAP), (4) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice treated with Pohang deep seawater, and (5) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice treated with Uljin deep seawater. The goal was to explore the regulatory role of microRNAs in immune recovery.
