Gene Expression in Human Rhabdomyosarcoma

Gene expression analysis identified unique transcriptional changes in rhabdomyosarcoma when compared with normal muscle. Our studies focused on a gene called VANGL2 that regulated growth and self-renewal in embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma.
