Cellular senescence contributes to spontaneous repair of rat meniscus

We performed RNA sequence analysis for intact knees and knees 1 week after sham and pMx surgery to identify genes specifically expressed in regenerative meniscus tissue. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for synovium/regenerative tissue from intact knees and knees 1 weeks after the pMx and sham surgery.
