Macrophage Gene Expression in PyMT Tumor Progression

Exome sequencing on macrophages sorted by flow cytometry from the mammary gland of 8- and 11-week-old female PyMT mice We report the identification of distinct gene expression profiles from macrophages sorted from early vs. late PyMT mammary gland tumors. The mammary glands of female FVB/n MMTV-PyMT mice were collected, digested, and stained with fluorescently tagged antibodies for immune cell markers to enable flow sorting of macrophages.
